We are in search of volunteers to help on-site at the 29th IAU General Assembly, 2-14 August 2015 in Honolulu, Hawai'i. Positions include: set up/break down, badge pick up, science session monitor, speaker ready room assistant, press room assistant, etc.
Volunteers must commit to a minimum of 8 hours during the conference, and will be able to select their preferred dates, times, and position on a first-come, first-served basis. For their service, volunteers will receive the following: volunteer t-shirt(s), break room stocked with snacks and beverages, access to Public Events of the IAU General Assembly, and access to the Exhibit Hall which includes the scientific poster sessions and coffee breaks.
